There are no rules - except to simply enjoy!

Traditional charcuterie boards are filled with a variety of meats, cheeses, dips, breads, nuts, dried fruit, veggies and desserts - that usually covers it all.  When creating your board - think about all of your guests - especially those who may not be able to enjoy the basics.  Have a gluten free option for your bread or crackers, a vegan style cashew cheese and a variety of dried fruits and nuts that everyone can enjoy. Miyokos and Violife have amazing options of cheese and can be found in many grocery stores or online.  I love their herbed soft cheeses and feta.  And please, don’t forget to pair your wine!  Verve Wine is a great site to visit for ideas on pairings.

Relax, enjoy the process and have fun with it!  Your guests will love it.
