Charcuterie 101
There are no rules - except to simply enjoy!
Traditional charcuterie boards are filled with a variety of meats, cheeses, dips, breads, nuts, dried fruit, veggies and desserts - that usually covers it all. When creating your board - think about all of your guests - especially those who may not be able to enjoy the basics. Have a gluten free option for your bread or crackers, a vegan style cashew cheese and a variety of dried fruits and nuts that everyone can enjoy.
