I am so honored and excited to announce that I am taking part in the #paintitpink2020 campaign to raise awareness about breast cancer. October, as we know, is Breast Cancer Awareness month. A variety of furniture and canvas artists across the globe are creating a piece of art of their choice to donate to someone who has experienced or is in the middle of this battle in their local area. I am opening up my winning location to the greater Pittsburgh and Harrisburg areas. Whether you are a warrior or survivor, we want to, in our own small way, honor you!

I will be painting a piece of furniture to give away to someone you may know that has been affected by this disease. My only requirement was that it is pink - the universal color for breast cancer awareness.

Here’s what you need to do:

Go to my facebook page @My Little Flower Designs and nominate a deserving recipient. YOU CAN EVEN NOMINATE YOURSELF! Hashtag #Paintitpink2020 with their name on my “paintitpink2020” post and tag me in it so I’m sure to see it. There, you can follow me on the painting journey with my live videos to see the piece come to fruition! You can also tag me and nominate someone deserving on my regular facebook page or even send me a Direct message. Spread the word - this is a wonderful idea to not only bring awareness to the importance of getting your mammograms and being educated but to help spread a little joy in someone’s life. We can all benefit from that!
